Grant holds a degree in Aviation Management and Operations from Western Michigan University, where he graduated in 2020. Prior to joining SBA, he worked at Avfuel Corporation for two years, gaining valuable industry experience in fuel operations and airport services.

At Avfuel, Grant supported ad-hoc cargo and charter operators, managed military contracts, and worked closely with FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) to develop and secure into-plane fueling agreements. He also created RFPs for commercial operators, helping branded FBOs successfully navigate complex procurement processes.
