The Role: Director of Maintenance and Asset Management

At this critical juncture, MSP is seeking a results-driven and innovative leader to oversee the Field Maintenance and Trades teams and to develop and implement a forward-looking asset management program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the airport’s maintenance and trades divisions

  • Developing MSP’s first formal asset management program

  • Supporting infrastructure improvements, including gate expansions and lobby upgrades

  • Driving optimization and innovation through data-driven decision making
